Shipping Is Done Through USPS. First Class Shipping Is 5-7 Business Days. Priority Shipping Is 2-4 Business Days. Please allow 24-48 Hours To Adjust Before Tracking Your Order. International Shipping Is Done With Priority Shipping, Insurance And Tracking. If you purchase first class shipping it does not include insurance unless you purchase package protection. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, damaged or misplaced. We recommend package protection.

My order was returned to sender because I supplied the wrong address. Can you reship it?

Incorrect addresses submitted cannot be refunded. You may purchase a new shipping label to have your package re sent at an additional price.

My package was damaged while in-transit. Can you issue me a refund?

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for in-transit damage.

Once orders leave 317 Nails, they are under the responsibility of USPS. All customers claiming damage will be required to submit a damage claim directly with the USPS and follow their instructions.

My package was lost or stolen from my address. Can you issue me a refund?

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
